摘要
目的:研究白楸Mallotus paniculatus(Lam.)Muell.Arg.的化学成分。方法:利用柱色谱分离技术对白楸75%乙醇提取物的氯仿萃取部位进行分离纯化,并通过1H-NMR、13C-NMR、MS等波谱学技术进行结构鉴定。结果:从白楸中共分离得到的6个化合物,分别鉴定为:槲皮素(1)、山柰酚(2)、橙皮素(3)、7,3'-O-二甲基木犀草素(4)、β-谷甾醇(5)和丁香树脂醇(6)。结论:以上化合物均为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective:To study the chemical constituents of Mallotus paniculatus. Methods:Column chromatography were used for the isolation and purification. Spectroscopic methods including1H-NMR,13C-NMR and MS were used for the identification of structures. Results:Six compounds were isolated from the CHCl3 extract of 75% alcohol extract of the whole plant and identified to be quercetin(1),kaempherol(2),hesperetin(3),7,3'-O-dimethylluteolin(4),β-sitosterol(5) and syringaresinol(6). Conclusion:All the compounds above were isolated from this plant for the first time.
