GSK218标准数控系统是我国自行研发的具有自主核心知识产权的数控系统,采用多处理器耦合技术,可支持多轴车铣加工,具有良好的人机界面。介绍了GSK218系列标准型数控系统的设计思想及研发的关键技术与解决方法,包括系统总体设计、功能规划以及关键技术突破,可作为研究开发数控系统的参考。
GSK218 standard CNC system is a system of independent intellectual property rights. The system applies technology of multi-cores supports multi-axis lathing and milling and has excellent interface. The paper introduces design and development of the system, including the design guidance, the key issues and their resolutions of the development which composes the principal architecture, the plan of functions and the technical breakthroughs. The paper is of a valuable reference for development of CNC system.
