摘要
基于机电一体化技术,设计了一种具有机械密码和电子密码双重保障的可远程控制三维运动家用密码门锁.首先介绍了密码锁的组成结构和工作原理,重点对机械结构的三维运动原理以及电子控制系统的远程控制原理进行了解析;然后,基于结构力学理论,对机械结构的各主要运动机构的强度进行了校核;最后,通过对密码锁实物的3个密码盘旋转精准度、密码更换与远程控制可靠性等方面的反复验证,证明了该结构的安全可靠性和实用性.密码锁采用了可远程控制三维运动机械传动机构,不仅实现了机械与电子的有机结合提高了其运用安全性,而且从根本上消除了依靠声音和手感破解密码的可能性,具有操作方便、安全可靠的特点,满足未来市场的需求.
Based on the mechatronics technology ,a kind of remotely controlled three-dimensional combination lock has been designed ,w hich has mechanical and electronic double security pass-word .Firstly ,the structure and working principle of the combination lock was introduced focu-sing on the principle about three-dimensional motion of the mechanical structure and the electron-ic control system of remote control .Then ,based on the theory of structural mechanics ,examina-tion on the major motion mechanism of the mechanical structure in terms of strength was per-formed .Finally ,the rotation accuracy of disks ,password replacement and remote control relia-bility and other aspects of the three locks had been repeatedly verified .The verification proved the safety ,reliability and practicality of the structure .The combination lock adopts remote con-trolled mechanical transmission mechanism with three-dimensional motion ,which not only a-chieves the combination of mechanical and electronic usage to improve their security ,but also e-liminates the possibility of cracking passwords through the sound or feeling .The lock enjoys ad-vantages of easy operation ,safety and reliability and can satisfy the needs of future market .
