摘要
中医工程学是传统医学与现代科学工程技术融合后的一门新兴交叉学科。以舌、脉诊仪等为代表的中医诊疗仪器的研发是中医工程学快速发展取得的成就。其广泛应用于中医四诊的数据化与客观化研究,使中医诊断学的研究从定性走向定量阶段,从宏观走向微观,并与宏观相结合的阶段;同时应用于中医治疗疾病的疗效评价与预测研究,为中医诊疗标准的制定提供依据。中医工程学促进了中医现代化诊疗体系的进一步发展与完善,为诊断智能系统和中医客观化诊察体系的构建提供技术支持,推动了中医国际化和现代化的进程和发展。
TCM Engineering is a new interdiscipline integration of traditional medicine and modern science and engineering technology. The research fand development of TCM tongue and pulse diagnosis instrument are the achievements of rapid development of traditional Chinese medicine engineering. They are widely used in digital and objective research of the four diagnostic methods in traditional Chinese medicine. They lead TCM diagnostics studies to change from qualitative to quantitative phase,from macro to micro,and combined with macroscopic phase; they are also used in curative effect evaluation and prediction research of traditional Chinese medicine to treat disease to provide the basis for standards of TCM diagnosis and treatment. TCM engineering can promote further development and perfection of modernization of TCM diagnosis and treatment system,provide technical support for the intelligent diagnosis system and TCM objective diagnostic system and promote the development of modernization and internationalization of traditional Chinese medicine.
