摘要
四川革命老区农村环境污染主要表现为生产生活垃圾污染、秸秆燃烧污染、白色塑料污染和养殖污染,当地领导、群众生态保护意识淡漠,生态资源浪费严重,环境保护监管不力等都是导致这些现象的主要原因。要想改变这一现状,必须加大生态环境保护的宣传力度,建立健全生态环境的长效监管体制,加强监管力度,加大对环境保护的资金投入。
The rural environmental pollution existing in the Sichuan old revolutionary base areas involve the production of solid waste pollution, straw burning pollution, white plastic pollution and breeding industry pollution. The main reasons that cause those phenomenon were lack of ecological protection awareness of local leaders and public, serious waste of ecological resources and inadequate of environmental protection supervision. To change this situation, we must increase the propaganda of environmental protection, establish the long-term supervision system and improve the ecological environment, strengthen supervision and increase the environmental protection investment.
