摘要
在高校规模扩大实现校院二级管理模式下,加强学院党建工作,充分发挥学院党委的职能,已成为高校亟待需要解决的问题。文章阐述了高校二级学院党委职能有效性发挥的现实意义,分析了校院二级管理体制下学院党委的职能定位,并对建立二级学院党委职能有效性发挥的机制提出了对策。
Under the scale expansion of the university and the management of its affiliated schools,how to improve the construction of the CPC and give its full play to the functions of the school committee is the urgent problem to be solved. This paper discusses and elaborates the realistic meaning of the effective functions and the duty positioning of the affiliated school＇s party committee in the university＇s two-level management system.Then,it puts forward some countermeasures to establish the mechanism of how to make the school party committee into full play..
