摘要 丝裂酶原活化蛋白激酶(mitogen-activated protein kinases,MAPKs)是真核生物细胞内的一类丝氨酸/苏氨酸蛋白激酶,主要包括细胞外信号调节激酶(ERKs)、c-Jun氨基末端激酶(JNKs)及P38 MAPKs三个家族,在将细胞外刺激信号转导至细胞及其核内,并引起细胞生物学反应的过程中具有至关重要的作用。P38 MAPK信号转导通路是多条并行的MAPK信号转导通路之一,参与了疼痛的形成与维持,P38 MAPK与疼痛敏感化密切相关。进一步了解P38 MAPK在疼痛敏感化机制中的作用,能够为疼痛敏感化疾病提供新的治疗靶点。 As a class of serine/threonine protein kinases in eukaryotic cells, Mitogen-activated protein kinases (MAPKs) mainly included extracellular signal-regulated kinas (ERKs) family, the c-Jun NH2-terminal kinases (JNKs) family and P38 MAPKs family. It played an important role in stimulating the signal transduction from extracellular to cell and cell nucleus and the process of biological reaction. P38MAPK signal transduction pathway was one of the multiple parallel MAPK signal transduction pathways, involving in the formation and maintenance of pain, which was closely related to pain sensitization. A further research on the pain sensitization mechanism of P38MAPK will provide a new therapeutic target in the treatment of pain sensitization diseases.
