摘要
《农村土地承包经营纠纷调解仲裁法》的颁布在以仲裁方式快捷地解决农村土地承包经营纠纷方面具有一些改革与创新之处,但是解决这一纠纷更为简便的简易仲裁程序却未作规定,仅《农村土地承包经营纠纷仲裁规则》中有一款条文,显得不足。因此有必要构建农村土地承包经营纠纷简易仲裁程序制度。
The promulgation of the ＂Law of Rural Land Contract Disputes Mediation and Arbitration＂is of importance in the reform and innovation to quickly solve the disputes over contracted management of rural lands by the means of arbitration. However, the convenient summary procedure of arbitration to solve these disputes has been set and there is only one rule in the law, which is inadequate. So it is necessary to construct the rural land contracting dispute arbitration procedure system.
