摘要
介绍了高效液相色谱(HPLC)法在蚕桑生物体成分检测中的应用概况,并简述了近年来对家蚕、桑树生物体以及桑椹中的活性成分分析所取得的研究成果。
The paper reviewed the application of HPLC in sericulture component detection ,and introduced the re-search achievements obtained on silkworm ,mulberry trees organism and active component analysis of mulberry seeds .
