摘要
本文针对石家庄地区医学工程技术人员短缺、人才流失、技术落后的现状,对产生的原因进行了分析,并对如何改善这种局面提出了一些建议和意见。
This paper investigates the current situation of medical engineering technicians in Shijiazhuang area, and finds the following problems： staff shortages, brain drain and lag in technology. Then this paper analyzes the cause of the problems and puts forward some suggestions to improve this situation.
