摘要
通过对北京电子科技学院行政管理专业四个年级的200多位本科生所做的问卷调查以及后续的个人访谈,分析本科生导师制实施的必要性和可行性,总结行政管理专业学生对本科生导师制的期望,指出导师制实施中存在的问题,进而对发展对策进行讨论。
Through to the Beijing institute of electronic science and technology administrative professional four grades of more than 200 undergraduate students do questionnaire survey and personal interviews,subsequent analysis of necessity and feasibility of the tutorial system implementation,summed up the administrative management professional student expectations of tutorial system,points out the problems existing in the tutorial system implementation,and then discuss the development countermeasures.
