摘要
智能出入库管理系统用数字化、自动化、信息化技术实现粮食的入库、计量、入仓以及出库的作业无人值守,信息自动生成、自动统计和传输。该系统由门禁安防管理子系统、自动司磅称重子系统、自动扦样子系统、品质自动检测分析子系统、一卡通管理子系统、物流档案管理子系统、流程配置子系统、仓库管理子系统、查询统计汇总报表分析子系统等部分组成,以地上衡过磅计量为基础,将门卫、取样、质检、业务大厅、仓房装卸等多个业务节点串联起来,以一张IC卡为信息流转的载体,实现业务信息全面共享,流程规范化,过磅自动化,同时以多种防作弊技术为支撑,确保出入仓数量真实、及时。
Intelligent warehouse entering and exiting management system realizes unmanned operation of grain entering, weighing, warehouse entering and exiting by digital, automatic and information technologies, and realizes automatic generation, automatic statistics and transmission of information. The system con- sists of various parts such as gate safety protection management subsystem, automatic weighing subsys- tem, automatic sampling subsystem, quality automatic inspection and analysis subsystem, one--card man- agement subsystem, logistic file management subsystem, process configuration subsystem, warehouse management subsystem, inquiry statistic summary report analysis subsystem, uses weighing of pitless scale as basis, connects various business nodes such as gate keeper, sampling, quality inspection, business hall and warehouse loading and unloading, uses one IC card as carrier of information circulation, realizes business information sharing, flow standardization and weighing automation, uses multiple anti--cheat technologies as support, and ensures warehouse entering and exiting quantity true and timely.
