摘要
采用半连续乳液聚合法合成了醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸丁酯-丙烯酸三元共聚乳液。通过正交试验对乳液制备条件进行优化,且在最佳条件下系统地研究了共聚物胶膜的力学性能、吸水性能。用FT-IR、DSC、DMA对胶膜的结构和热性能进行了分析。正交分析表明,最佳合成条件为单体配比mVAc∶mBA=3∶1,功能单体丙烯酸(AA)用量0.75%,保护胶体聚乙烯醇(PVA)用量2%,SDS∶OP-10=1∶3,乳化剂用量3%。干燥温度约为110℃时,胶膜的综合性能最好。
Poly(vinyl acetate-co-butyl acrylate-co-acrylic acid)latexes were prepared by semi-continuous emulsion polymerization. The latexes preparation conditions were optimized through the analysis of orthogonal experiment. Under the optimum conditions, the mechanical properties and water absorption of the film were investigated systematically. FTIR,DSC and DMA were used to measure the construction and thermal behavior of the film. The orthogonal analysis indicated that the optimum synthesis condition were the monomer ratio mvAc : tuBA = 3 : 1 ,the dosage of functional acrylic monomer was 0.75% ,the dosage of protective colloid PVA was 2.0% ,SDS : OP 10 was 1 : 3,the dosage of emulsifier was 3%. When the drying temperature was about 110℃ ,the overall performance of the film was best.
