摘要
随着社会经济发展,世界能源消耗量也在日益增加,然而矿物能源的储量十分有限,因此,开发清洁的、安全的、环保的、可再生的替代性绿色燃料已经成为人类最重要的课题之一。生物柴油是一种清洁的可再生的绿色能源,是石化柴油优质的替代品,可以直接作为柴油替代品在柴油机上使用。本研究制备了一种阴离子交换树脂/氟化钾固体碱催化剂用于制备生物柴油。阴离子交换树脂种类、阴离子交换树脂/KF质量比、甲醇/植物油的质量比、反应时间和催化剂用量等条件对酯化反应的影响进行了研究。D201/KF为最有效的催化剂,最佳反应条件下产率为99.2%。此外,该催化剂具有优良的重复利用性,第6次反应生物柴油收率为92.2%。
With the social and economic development,world energy consumption is also increasing,but fossil energy reserves are very limited. Therefore, the development of clean, safe, environmental friendly, renewable alternative green fuel has become the most important issue in the world. Biodiesel is a clean and renewable green energy, a high-quality alternative to petroleum diese. It can be used directly as a substitute for diesel fuel used in diesel engines. Novel catalysts consisted of KF and anionic ion-exchange resins were prepared by the solid-reaction method through transesterification of vegetable oil with methanol to produce biodiesel. Different effects like anion exchange resins/KF mass ratio,methanol/vegetable oil mass ratio, reaction times and catalyst loading on the transesterification were investigated. D201/KF was selected as the most ef- ficient catalyst with the yield of 99.2% under the optimal reaction conditions. Also, the catalyst exhibited excellent reus- ability and the yield was about 92.2% at the sixth run.
