摘要
文章在对现阶段我国地方文献政策法规保障状况简要评析的基础上,认为用制度设计、立法规范,实现地方文献工作法制化和争取地方政府的持续关注和重视支持,是公共图书馆地方文献工作持续、稳定和有效开展的根本保证;提出立法保障、依法专业服务和对法规实施监管,实现地方文献工作的制度规范设计,才能彰显法制对我国公共图书馆地方文献工作的保障作用。
Based on the brief comments on the stage of China’ s local literature policies and regulations security status, the author thinks, with the system design, legislation, implementation of local literature work of legalization and strive for local govern-ment continued attention and support, is the fundamental guarantee for the local literature in public library sustained, stable and ef-fective.The author puts forward legislative protection, in accordance with the law and regulations of monitoring the implementation of professional services, realize the system design specification of local literature work, in order to highlight the role of legal system in protecting the local literature work of the public libraries in our country.
