摘要
以乙酰乙酸甲氧基乙基酯、乙酰乙酸肉桂醇酯为起始原料,经中间体3-氨基巴豆酸肉桂醇酯,通过Aldol缩合、Hantzsch环合反应,合成出了钙离子拮抗剂西尼地平。该合成工艺安全可行,操作简单,适合工业化生产。
With 2-methoxyethyl acetoacetate and cinnamyl acetoacetate as the starting materials, the cilnidipine can be obtained from 3-Aminocrotonic Cinnamate by Aldol condensation and Hantzsch cyclization. It is a suitable way to produce cilnidipin industrially,which provides the advantage of simplicity and safety.
