摘要
在国内外大型箱梁的生产中,宽幅三腹板扭曲异形梁的预制尚属首次,为使整体液压内钢模板有更大的适应性,对标准断面和端断面差异较大的箱梁预制采用二次成型工艺,并采用六点并联自动移梁技术解决无隔墙的箱梁移动,确保预制质量和工期,提高功效。
During the production of large-sized box girder in China and abroad, it's the first time to introduce the prefabrication of twisted heterotypic box girder with wide three-web plate up to date. In order to make the integral hydraulic steel mould-board more adaptable, post-forming process is used to prefabricate the box girder that has remarkable difference in standard section and end section. Meanwhile, the technology of six-point parallel automatic shifting is used to shift the box girder without bulkhead in order to ensure the quality of prefabrication and completion within the construction time limit, as well as to improve the efficiency.
