医疗纠纷或患者对医疗护理的不满投诉仍呈上升趋势。相对于患者维权意识的日益增强而言,医务人员依法行医及防护意识的淡薄现象屡见不鲜。在医疗服务过程中,加强有效的医患沟通显得尤为重要。本文从病人安全管理的角度,如何规避医院管理中的医疗风险,从诚信服务、医务人员责任心、医院管理制度三个方面阐述医患沟通作为规避医疗风险的有效手段,在确保医患安全管理中的重要性。
