摘要
对内蒙古某厂房项目地上双向超长混凝土结构无缝设计进行研究,模拟了板、梁和柱在温度收缩荷载作用下的受力情况,得到了结构各构件的受力特性,并采用膨胀加强带、后浇带、混凝土添加膨胀剂和增设温度钢筋相结合的方法来考虑温度应力的影响。为同类工程提供参考经验。
An in-depth study into joint-free ultra long reinforced concrete design of an industrial structure located in Inner Mongolia. The mathematical analysis model incorporated the simulation of slab, beam, and column under thermal expansion/contraction. With the internal force evaluated. A joint application of strengthening band,post-pouring band, shrinkage reduction admixture design,and thermal restrain reinforcements has been designed to accommodate the internal stress generated due to thermal effect in the structure. This study could also be taken as a referential experience to similar projects.
