摘要
介绍了直接转矩控制的基本原理,分析了六边形和圆形定子磁链轨迹直接转矩控制输出转矩脉动大的原因,结合滑模变结构控制理论设计了转矩磁链滑模变结构控制器代替传统滞环比较控制器。仿真结果和实验数据表明,该控制器能有效地改善直接转矩控制系统转矩脉动大的缺点,且该滑模变结构直接转矩控制系统已成功应用于矿用电机车,满足启动转矩大、转矩响应速度快和调速平滑的实际生产要求。
Introduces the principles of direct torque control, analyzes the reasons of hexagonal and circular flux trajectory control output torque ripple. According to the sliding mode variable structure theory, designs the sliding mode variable structure controller instead of traditional hysteresis comparison controller. The simulation and experiment results show that the sliding mode variable structure direct torque control system reduces the torque pulsation. The system has applied on mining electric locomotive with large starting torque, quick torque response, adjustable-speed smoothly, etc. , which meets the demands for practical production.
