摘要 碳纤维复合芯导线作为一种全新结构的节能型增容导线,具有重量轻、强度大、弧垂小、载流量大等一系列优点,在扩容改造工程中得到广泛应用,创造了巨大的经济效益和社会效益。碳纤维复合芯导线的弧垂优势主要体现在导线运行温度达到拐点温度后外层导电铝承受的机械应力全部转移到内层线膨胀系数极小的碳纤维复合芯上。介绍了碳纤维复合芯导线在设计选型时拐点温度以下及拐点温度以上的应力及弧垂计算方法,并通过实例计算展示碳纤维复合芯导线拐点温度以上的弧垂优势。 As a new structure of energy-saving and capacity-increasing conductor, carbon fiber composite cote conductor has the advantages of light weight, high strength, low sag, large current carrying capacity, ete, which has been widely used in the expansion and renovation project and has created a huge economic and social benefits. The sag advantage of carbon fiber composite core conductor is mainly reflected in the fact that the mechanical stress withstood by outer conductive aluminum wires is fully transferred to the carbon fiber composite core whose inner linear expansion coefficient is extremely small when the operating temperature of the conductor reaches the inflection point. The stress and sag calculation of the carbon fiber composite core conductor when the temperature is above and below the inflection point is presented, and the sag advantages of the carbon fiber composite core conductor above inflection point temperature is shown by example calculation.
