摘要
本文提出构建武警部队轻武器维修大专人才培养教学模式,应围绕培养目标、专业整合、专业课程建设,正确处理和把握影响教学的综合因素,为探索武警部队开办军械士官大专层次教学,培养造就与武警部队现代武器装备发展体系相适应的军械修理和管理高层次士官人才队伍,作创设性思考。
This paper proposed that the construction of the training and teaching model for higher vocational light weapon repair talents in the armed police force, should revolve around cultivation objectives, professional integration and professional courses construction, correctly handle and grasp the comprehensive factors influencing the teaching, and make innovative reflections on exploring the opening of armament sergeant teaching based on higher vocational level in the armed police force, and cultivating armament repair and high-level management talents suitable for the modern armament development system in the armed police force.
