目的:研究以云南野生蓝莓为原料,对其提取物的抗氧化特性进行了研究。方法:以抗坏血酸作为阳性对照,通过测定不同浓度的云南野生蓝莓提取物对DPPH自由基的清除率、ABTS自由基的清除率、羟基自由基的清除率和脂质体的抗氧化能力,研究云南野生蓝莓提取物的抗氧化能力,并同进口和其他地区国产蓝莓的抗氧化能力进行对比。结果:云南野生蓝莓提取物的清除DPPH自由基的IC50值为0.846 mg,清除ABTS自由基的IC50值为0.469 mg,清除羟自由基的IC50值为2.068 mg,抗脂质体过氧化的IC50值为1.546 mg,抗氧化活性均高于进口和其他地区国产蓝莓。结论:云南野生蓝莓提取物具有较强的抗氧化性,具有产品开发和应用前景。
Objective: This study aimed to evaluate the antioxidant properties of Yunnan wild blueberry extracts. Methods: the DPPH radical scavenging, ABTS free radical, hydroxyl radical scavenging and anti lipid peroxidation capacities, were employed to determine the antioxidant properties of Yunnan wild blueberry extracts and compared the antioxidant properties with imported and other domestic blueberry in the marketplaces. Results: the IC10 values of DPPH radical scavenging, ABTS free radical scavenging, hydroxyl radical scavenging and anti lipid peroxidation of Yunnan wild blueberry extract were 0.846 mg, 0.469 mg, 2.068 mg, and 1.546 mg, respectively. These values indicated that the antioxidant activity of Yunnan wild blueberry was higher than the imported and other domestic blueberry. Conclusion: Yunnanwild blueberry extracts have strong antioxidant activity and potential prospects of product development and application.
