摘要
苦荞具有丰富的营养价值,含有多种生物活性成分,其中黄酮类化合物是一类最重要的生物活性物质,具有多种生理和药用功能。综述了苦荞黄酮的化学成分和生理功能,并对其未来的研究前景进行了展望,以为其进一步开发利用提供理论参考。
Tartary buckwheat has abundant nutritional value and contains a variety of biological active components. Among them, flavonoid is the most important bioactive substance. It has many biological and medicinal functions. In this paper, the chemical composition and physiological functions of buckwheat flavonoid was reviewed, and finally the research prospect was discussed, so as to provide the theoretical reference for their further development.
