地佐辛对缓解男性患者全麻苏醒期导尿管不适的作用 被引量:5

Intravenous dezocine pretreatment reduces the incidence and severity of the catheter-related bladder discomfort after general anesthesia

摘要 目的:观察地佐辛对全麻患者苏醒期导尿管留置不适的临床预防效果。方法120例男性全麻手术患者,ASAⅠ~Ⅱ级,年龄25~65岁,随机分为观察组和对照组各60例。在手术结束前约30 min静脉注入地佐辛0.1 mg/kg,对照组给予生理盐水。术后进入麻醉后恢复室进行导尿管不适感评估,观察两组患者留置尿管不适情况和并发症发生情况及血压、心率变化。结果观察组在拔管后患者的血压和心率均得到了较好的控制,术后导尿管不适发生率为观察组16例(26.6%),显著低于对照组41例(68.3%)(P<0.05)。结论地佐辛用于预防全麻患者苏醒期导尿管留置不适起到了较好的效果,可有效地缓解导尿管不适感症状。 Objective The aim of this randomized controlled trial was to evaluate the effect of intravenous dezocine in alleviating the catheter-related bladder discomfort (CRBD) in male postoperative patients after general anesthesia. Methods A total of 120 male patients, American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I-II, were randomized into two equally sized groups (n=60), dezocine group(group D) and control group(group C). These two groups were assigned to give either intravenous dezocine 0.1 mg/kg or a matching placebo (equal volume of normal saline) 30 min before the end of the operation. The severity of CRBD, MAP and HR were assessed during recovery period in PACU. Results Less patients experienced bladder discomfort due to catheter in group D(26.6%) compared with group C(68.3%) at all the time points(P<0.01). Conclusion Pre-treatment with dezocine 0.1 mg/kg decreases the incidence and severity of CRBD.
