摘要
作为高职院校教学质量监控与保障体系的重要组成部分,高职教学督导工作虽在不断健全和完善中,但在督导制度、队伍、过程、内容、信息反馈等方面也存在着亟待解决的问题,针对存在问题,从制度创新、方式创新、范围创新、主体创新、评价创新五个角度,提出从制度建设、数字化管理、发展性督导评价等十二个方面创新教学督导工作机制。
As an important part of higher vocational colleges’teaching quality monitoring and assurance system, teaching supervision is continuously improving, but there are also problems to be solved in the supervision system, team, process, content, information feedback, etc. The essay in view of the existing problems, from five perspectives of system innovation, mode innovation, scope innovation, subject innovation and evaluation innovation, puts forward twelve aspects of innovation of working mechanism of teaching supervision,such as system construction, digital management, developmental evaluation, etc.
