高压直流控制保护系统电源供电冗余度研究

摘要 针对当前高压直流工程控制保护系统存在着电源供给冗余度不足而可能引致保护拒动或极闭锁的隐患,结合现场事故实例的分析,从确保控制保护系统冗余度和独立性方面考虑,提出系统电源供电要实现双重化、模块化和满足快速恢复供电的需求。以某一运行换流站为例,分析总结其存在的电源供电没有实现双重化、多系统共用同一电源和一个开关控制多个装置等问题及其影响,同时,基于冗余技术提出了24 V系统利用二极管实现供电双重化、110 V系统配备后备电源、各系统供电独立及重要装置设置专有开关等相应的改进措施。 Aiming at hidden dangers such as protection refusal to move or pole block existing in high voltage direct current en-gineering control and protection system caused for reason of deficiency of power supply redundancy,a suggestion to system power supply of realizing double configuration,modularization and satisfying demands of rapid power recover was proposed by means of combining analysis on field accident examples and considering of ensuring redundancy and independence of the control and protection system. Taking one running converter station as an example,problems and affects of its power supply such as single power supply,using the same power supply for several systems and only one switch controlling several devices were analyzed and summarized. Meanwhile,on the basis of redundancy technology,improvement measures for 24 V system were proposed which included using diode to realize double configuration,1 1 0 kV system equipping backup power source, independent power supply for each system and setting proper switches for important devices,and so on.
