摘要 论文研究了管道振动对旋进旋涡流量计有效信号采集的影响,提出了一种消除旋进旋涡流量计管道振动的传感器安装方法,通过在流量计主体同侧轴向并列安装双传感器采集信号,再将两路信号差分处理,消除管道振动对信号采集的影响.实验研究针对DN50口径旋进旋涡流量计,通过实验证实:采用新的传感器安装方法和差分处理法,可以消除管道振动给流量测量带来的影响,实验验证了本方法的有效性. The paper studied the influence of pipe vibration caused to the swirlmeter's signal acquisition.A method to install sensors for the swirlmeter to eliminate pipe vibration was provided.By putting two sensors along the axial on the same side of swirlmeter to collect the signals and using difference method to treat two signals,we eliminated the influence of pipe vibration.The experimental research contraposed the measurement characteristics of a diameter DN50 swirlmeter.The experimental results showed that the pipe vibration could be eliminated by the new install method of sensors and signals' difference treatment.The test proofed the method was feasible.
