摘要
通过对辅料备件管理现状的调查分析,提出了集中管理的改进措施,有效解决了辅料备件管理混乱、效率低下、重复储备等问题.
By investigating and analyzing the management status on auxiliary materials and spareparts, put forward improving measures on centralized management, so that the problem of chaos, low effi- ciency and repetitive storage in the management of auxiliary materials and spare parts are effectivelysolved.
