摘要 针对煤矿设备因负载大、工作环境恶劣等原因导致故障率偏高、意外停机损失大等问题,建立煤矿级专业润滑油脂分析实验室,通过常规理化指标分析和铁谱磨粒分析等技术定期检测设备中的在用润滑剂,实现早期预报润滑剂劣化、润滑剂污染和部件异常磨损,及时采取措施,预防事故发生,减少停机损失。同时,针对煤矿生产环境污染严重的问题,研究煤矿设备的油液污染控制及清洁技术,延长润滑油液的使用寿命。开发专用的煤矿设备润滑管理系统,实现对矿区润滑的数据库信息管理。 Based on coal mine equipment by reason of large load, poor working conditions leading to problems such as high failure rate, unplanned downtime losses, coal mining level professional lubrication oil analysis laboratory was set up, through conventional physical and chemical index analysis and ferrographic wear particle analysis technology such as regular inspection equipment in use of lubricant, which achieved early forecast lubricant degradation, lubricant pollution and components abnormal wear and tear, measures were taken to prevent accidents, reduce outage losses. Meanwhile, in view of coal mine production of serious environmental pollution problems, coal mine equipment of oil pollution control and clean technology were studied to prolong the service life of the lubricating oil. Dedicated coal mine equipment lubrication management system implemented lubrication database information management.
