摘要
基于高职院校科技创新能力提升的影响因素,从高职院校科技创新团队创新能力提升的角度出发,阐述了团队人才队伍、外部政策环境、团队文化氛围及机制建设等方面存在的诸多问题,提出了优化团队结构,加强人才队伍建设;营造外部环境,加大政策引导和扶持;改革创新的文化氛围等具有针对性的对策与建议.
Based on influence factors of improving science and technology innovative ability of higher vocational colleges,this paper,from perspective of improving innovation ability of science and technology innovation team of higher vocational colleges,expands the problems including talent team construction,policy environment construction,cultural atmosphere construction and mechanism construction,and puts forward specific countermeasures and suggestions such as op-timizing team structure,enhancing talent team construction,constructing external environment, strengthening policy guidance and support,and reforming cultural atmosphere of innovation.
