摘要
介绍了火炬系统设置水封罐的作用、结构型式、以及规范SH3009—2013和API 521—2007(5th)中对水封罐设置原则和计算方法要求的差异.结合国内外火炬的特点,比较了不同放空量下水封罐规格的计算结果,分析了不同状况下水封罐的设置原则和结果。火炬系统水封罐应具备分离直径大于或等于600μm水滴的功能;应满足有效水封量;应设置防止液面波动和撇油的措施;建议在气相出口处设置除沫网,具体工程可根据实际情况选取带挡液板或不带挡液板的水封罐;当水封罐计算直径过大导致运输困难时,建议设置多台水封罐并联运行。
Here introduced are the functions and construction types of water-seal tank for flare system as well as design principles and calculation methods for water-seal tank in standards SH3009-2013 and API 521-2007(th).The calculated specifications of water-seal tanks for different relief amounts are compared,and the design principles for different conditions are analyzed in consideration of special features of both domestic and overseas flares.The water-seal tank for the flare system should be provided with the function to separate the water droplet with a diameter of or greater than 600 μm and should have sufficient sealing water.In addition,the measures to prevent the liquid surface fluctuation and oil skimming should be available.It is recommended to install a foam breaker at the gas-phase outlet.The water-seal tank with or without liquid baffle can be selected based the specific conditions.If the calculated diameter of water-seal tank is too large for transportation,to multiple-tank design is recommended for parallel operation.
