摘要
对某高强板纵梁模具及纵梁开发过程中,出现的各种失效情况进行系统的讲解和分类,并从多个方面着手,以某车型高强板纵梁开发过程为实例,对高强度钢板冲压过程中的失效模式作了进一步研究,取得了较好的工程应用效果;有效的控制高强板的失效模式和高强度钢板冲压质量。
