摘要
在ETS-10/AlPO4-5/A12O3复合载体中引入SiO2,以镍和钨为金属活性组分制备了SiO2含量不同的催化剂,并对复合载体和催化剂进行了XRD、N2吸附-脱附和H2-TPR表征.以二苯并噻吩/四氢萘为模型化合物,在反应压力4.0 MPa、氢油体积比500、体积空速7.53/3.62 h-1的条件下,考察了不同反应温度下催化剂的加氢脱硫/芳烃饱和活性.实验结果表明,当SiO2含量(w)为3.0%~12.0%时,SiO2的引入并没有对复合载体和催化剂的分子筛骨架造成破坏;当SiO2含量为6.0%(w)时,催化剂的加氢脱硫和芳烃饱和活性均最高.
Si-ETS-10/AlPO4-5/Al2O3 composite supports were prepared by adding silica sol to ETS10/AlPO4-5/Al2O3,and catalysts with W-Ni active components and the composite supports containing different contents of SiO2 were prepared by impregnation.The composite supports and catalysts were characterized by means of XRD,N2 adsorption-desorption and H2-TPR.The performances of the catalysts in the hydrodesulfurization of dibenzothiophene and the hydrogenation saturation of tetralin were studied under the conditions of the reaction pressure of 4.0 MPa,volume ratio of hydrogen to oil of 500,LHSV of 7.53/3.62 h1 and different reaction temperature.The results showed that the structures of ETS-10 and AlPO4-5 molecular sieve kept stable during the preparation in the SiO2 content range of 3.0%-12.0%(w).The catalyst prepared with Si-ETS-10/AlPO4-5/Al2O3 composite support containing 6.0%(w) SiO2 exhibited the best hydrodesulphurization activity and tetralin conversion.
