摘要
针对复杂系统可靠性验证问题,根据组成系统设备的研制特点,给出了复杂系统可靠性的Bayes综合评估方法,以此获得了其任务可靠度点估计和置信下限。在此基础上,对复杂系统可靠性验证试验方案的制定方法进行了研究,通过综合考虑生产方和使用方的风险,给出复杂系统可靠性保证试验方案的调整方法。最后,通过实例分析,对方法的可行性进行了说明。
For the complex system reliability verification,the Bayes estimation method is given based on the manufacture characteristic of equipment.So the point estimation and confidence lower limit of mission reliability are obtained.On the basis of it,it investigates the method of reliability verification test concept of complex system.Considering the risk between producer and consumer,the adjusting method of reliability assurance test concept of complex system is given.Finally,the number example is presented to show the method's feasibility.
