摘要
顽固性口腔溃疡病情迁延,缠绵难愈,不易治疗。临床上很多医生喜投清热解毒、苦寒清下之剂,常常不能奏效,反耗伤正气,贻误病情。王晞星教授根据患者不同的病因、病机及治疗过程中出现的病机转化分阶段治疗。准确辨证,方证对应,每每获得良效。
Intractable oral ulcer is protracted illness and lingering and difficult to treat. Clinical doctors prefer prescriptions for clearing heat and detoxifying or bitter and cold prescriptions, which often do not work. However, these prescriptions can damage vital qi. According to the patients with different kinds of etiology and pathogenesis and different stages, professor WANG Xixing makes the correct syndrome differentiation and corresponding prescriptions, gaining good effects.
