结石成分分析与饮食干预预防泌尿系结石的探讨 被引量:6

摘要 目的:探讨预防泌尿系结石复发与饮食之间的关系。方法:根据结石化学成分的特点,针对性指导患者饮食进行结石预防与单纯多饮水进行结石预防比较分析。结果:通过合理饮食进行结石预防146例患者中138例无复发,8例复发,复发率5.5%;通过多饮水进行结石预防154例患者中136例无复发,18例复发,复发率11.6%,两组结石复发率比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:合理的饮食可以预防泌尿系结石复发或延迟复发,且比单纯多饮水的预防效果更好。 Objective: To explore the relationship between the prevention of recurrence of urinary calculi and diet.Method: According to the characteristics of the chemical composition of the stones proper diet was set up for patients. The prevention effects of the proper diet and drinking plenty pure water method were compared.Result: The recurrence rate 5.5%(8/146) of stones in proper diet group was lower than that of drinking plenty water(11.6%, 18/154).The difference btween these two methods was signifieant(P〈0.05).Conclusion: The reasonable diet can prevent recurrence of urinary calculi recurrence or delayed, and better than the pure water of the preventive effect.
