摘要
采用提高发泡温度、降低酸用量的方法,制备出低酸性酚醛泡沫。实验结果表明,在发泡温度为90℃,吐温-80用量为5%、石油醚用量为5%、固化剂用量为6%的条件下,制得的酚醛泡沫其性能与常规发泡工艺的相近,泡沫闭孔率大于80%,p H值大于4。
A low-acid phenolic foam was prepared by improving the foaming temperature and reducing the amount of acid.The results showed that when the foaming temperature was 90 ℃,the mass fraction of the surfactant Tween-80 was 5 percent,theblowing agent petroleum aether was 5 percent,and the curing agent was 6 percent,the performance of the low-acid phenolic foamwas similar with the common phenolic foam,the closed cell rate of the foam was high than 80 percent and pH value of the foamwas more than 4.
