摘要
分析指出,少数民族地区生态文明建设和保护的法治化,是少数民族地区发展的根本路径;少数民族地区应充分利用立法法所授予的立法权限,构建与少数民族地区经济发展和环境保护、民族文化、居民社会福祉相适应的本地区生态文明建设方法和保护措施的法律制度,切实保障少数民族地区经济与生态文明协调发展。
Ecological civilization construction in ethnic minority areas of China under the rule of law , is the fundamental path in the development of minority areas .Minority regions should make full use of the legislative law granted by the legislative authority to build the legal system of the ecological civilization construction measures in ethnic minority areas in order to being coordinated with economic development and environmental protection ,national culture,ocial welfare,and to ensure the development of economic and ecological civilization in the minority areas .
