摘要
江西国有文艺院团体制改革后的生存与发展状况,是一个亟需调研的现实课题。通过对江西省直属5家国有文艺院团体制改革后现状的取样调查,发现江西国有改制院团尚未建立现代企业制度,艺术生产与演出的基本设施极为落后,艺术生产与经营人才严重缺乏,缺乏市场运作的资金,对财政拨款和演出补贴的依存度很高,市场化生存能力堪忧等问题,并从七个方面提出进一步改革发展的对策与建议。
The research of the survival and development of state-owned art troupes after system reform is now in an urgent need. Through the sample surveys of 5 provincial state-owned art troupes in Jiangxi,this paper shows that the modern enterprise system has not been established in state-owned art troupes in Jiangxi. The art troupes are still facing the problems of backward fundamental facilities and lacking of talents in art manufacturing and management. Being undercapitalized for market operation,the art troupes＇ development high relies on the fiscal appropriation and performance subsidies. Based on these realities,this paper provides some countermeasures and suggestions from 7 aspects for the art troupes＇ further reform and development.
