摘要
中国城镇化自改革开放后发展迅速,在这个过程中出现了一些问题,其中,有关城镇化法律的欠缺更是众多问题出现的一个根本原因。因此,有关法律的制定、完善便成了城镇化过程当中不可缺少的步骤。文章讨论了中国城镇化中出现的主要问题和其法律的变革与创新,从法治的角度看城镇化。
Chinese urbanization has developed rapidly since the reform and opening up. However, there have been some problems in the process of the urbanization. Lack of law is a fundamental cause.Therefore, enacting and perfecting relevant laws has become an indispensable step of urbanization process. This paper will discuss the main problems of China urbanization from the perspective of the rule of law and its law reform and innovation.
