摘要
基于竞争情报的企业危机公关管理体系是一个整体的概念,是企业将基于竞争情报的危机公关管理要素有序的整合在一起而形成的一体化工作整体。通过对企业危机公关管理与竞争情报的契合论述,表明将竞争情报引入企业危机公关管理体系的构建具有重要意义。在遵循科学性、系统性、动态性原则的基础上,从战略层次和策略层次建立了基于竞争情报的企业危机公关管理体系。
The system of enterprise crisis public relation management based on competitive intelligence(CI) is a holistic concept,which is an integrated overall work orderly formed with the CI of enterprise crisis public relation management elements.This paper discussed the fits with CI and crisis public relation management of enterprise,indicating that bringing CI into enterprise crisis public relation management system constructing is of great significance.Following scientific,systematic and dynamic principles,the paper established the system of enterprise crisis public relation management based on CI from strategic and policy levels.
