响应曲面法优化羟基铁柱撑膨润土异相光助芬顿降解偶氮胭脂红B的实验研究 被引量:1

Application of Response Surface Methodology for Optimization of Azocarmine B Removal by Heterogeneous Photo-Fenton Process Using Hydroxy-iron Pillared Bentonite

摘要 采用离子交换的方法制备了羟基铁柱撑膨润土光催化材料,同时以羟基铁柱撑膨润土为异相光助Fenton催化剂,在不同实验条件下,探讨了催化剂对偶氮胭脂红B的光催化降解性能.实验结果表明,羟基铁柱撑膨润土具有高的光催化活性.以偶氮胭脂红B染料废水为研究对象,根据P-B实验结果选定pH值、染料废水的初始浓度以及H2O2投加量作为自变量,以偶氮胭脂红B的脱色率为响应值,采用响应曲面分析法研究自变量及其交互作用对偶氮胭脂红B降解的影响.由此得出偶氮胭脂红B降解优化条件:初始pH为2、偶氮胭脂红B初始浓度为100.02mg/L、H2O2投加量为10.5mmol/L.在该优化条件下,反应达到平衡后偶氮胭脂红B的脱色率达到99.21%.经实验验证,实际值与模型预测值拟合性良好. Hydroxy-iron pillared bentonite was synthesized with ion exchange method.The photo-Fenton catalytic activity of hydroxy-iron pillared bentonite was tested under different reaction condition using azocarmine B (ACB)as model pollutant under UV light.The result indicates that hydroxy-iron pillared bentonite has high photocatalytic activity.The effects of independent variables and their interaction on the rate of discoloration were researched by using response surface analysis,and the optimum extraction conditions were developed.The optimum conditions for ACB decolorization were dye concentration of 100.02 mg/L,pH of 2 and H2 O2 concentration of 10.5 mmol/L,respectively.The predicted decolorization rate under the optimum conditionsdetermined by the proposed model was 99.21 %.The experimental results are in good agreement with the predicted values of the model equation.
