摘要
在气候变化和人类活动等要素的影响下,海河流域的水文特征发生了显著的变化。利用Mann-Kendall趋势检验方法诊断了1951~2010年海河流域环境变化背景下的河川径流量、入海水量、水资源总量和地表水资源量的演变规律。结果表明,1951~2010年海河流域的年平均气温呈现出显著的上升趋势,而年降水量呈现出显著的减少趋势;1980~2010年海河流域内的植被覆盖率明显提高,且从北到南增幅越来越大;流域内的地表水资源耗水量总体上呈现出先增加后稳定略减的变化特征;在环境要素变化的影响下,海河流域内的河川径流量、入海水量、水资源总量和地表水资源量都呈现出显著的减少趋势;滦河、海河北系和海河南系的入海水量、水资源总量和地表水资源量都呈现出显著的下降趋势,而徒骇马颊河的变化趋势不明显。
Under the impact of climate change and human activities, there are significant changes of hydrologic elements in Haihe River Basin. The Mann-Kendall's trend test technique is used to detect the evolution laws of runoff, water flowing into the sea, total water resources and surface water resources under environmental change in the Haihe River Basin (HRB). The results indicate that there are statistically significant increasing trend for annual mean temperature and decreasing trend for annual precipitation in the HRB during 1951-2010, the coverage rate of vegetation increased in the HRB during 1980-2010, and the increasing rate of the northern HRB was higher than that of the southern HRB; water usage in the HRB increased at the early stage, and then kept at a stable level with a slight decrease; under the environmental change, there are statistically significant decreasing trends for runoff, water flowing into the sea, total water resources and surface water resources in the HRB~ especially, the decreasing trends of water flowing into the sea, total water resources and surface water resources were statistically significant in the Luanhe River, North Haihe and South Haihe, but the trends were statistically insignificant in the Tuhaimajia River.
