摘要
综合机械化掘进条件下,破岩能力与排矸能力不匹配是制约岩巷掘进速度的重要因素。文章分析了我国岩巷综掘排矸工艺现状,基于排矸系统的连续性和可靠性,将排矸系统分为刚性排矸系统和柔性排矸系统两种,认为增设临时储矸仓的柔性排矸系统有利于进一步提高岩巷综掘速度;分析了影响柔性排矸系统可靠性的主要因素,并提出相应对策。针对平煤十一矿己24011工作面底抽巷,开展了综掘柔性排矸系统应用,月进尺最高达312m,研究成果具有重要推广意义。
In fully mechanized excavation, the capacity mismatching of rock breaking and gangue conveying is a key factor restricting the speed of rock drivage. This paper analyzed the current situation of China's gangue conveyor system in rock roadway fully mechanized excavation, divided the system into rigid and flexible conveyor system according to the continuity and reliability, and pointed out that the flexible conveyor system with temporary gangue bunker could further improve the speed of rock roadway excavation. The main factors affecting the reliability of flexible conveyor system were analyzed, and the corresponding countermeasures were proposed. The system was applied in floor drainage gateway of 24011 working face in Pingdingshan No. 11 coal mine, the max monthly excavation was up to 312m, verifying promoting significance of the system.
