摘要
文中从网络构成、硬件和软件3个方面详细介绍了CAN总线通讯技术在岸桥升降机中的应用。方案采用了RS232网络与CAN总线网络组合,设计了带有CAN通讯功能的呼梯盒以及具有RS232和CAN通讯数据交换功能的通讯转换模块,对其硬件设计和软件流程进行了介绍。经过实际验证,该方案有效提高了升降机运行的可靠性,降低了成本,提高了生产效率,使产品更富市场竞争优势。
This article introduced the CAN bus communication technology in the application of the quay crane elevator from three aspects of network structure,hardware and software in detail. The scheme adopted the combination of RS232 and CAN bus network, designed the call box with the CAN communication function and the communication conversion module with function of RS232 and CAN bus data exchange, and introduced the hardware design and software flow. Through practical verification, the scheme is benefit to effectively improve the reliability of elevator running, reduce the cost and improve the production efficiency, making the product more Competitive in market.
