摘要
由于沥青路面结构设计时需要输入多个设计变量,同时路面结构还必须满足多重设计指标,这使得现有沥青路面结构设计软件很难实现结构优化.利用有限元分析软件中的优化工具,以费用为目标函数,以路面各结构层厚度为设计变量,建立路面结构二维仿真优化模型,提出沥青路面结构优化设计方法.最后列举工程实例进行分析,说明优化步骤,通过对优化结果的修正、验算,得到了满足路面结构设计要求的费用最低路面结构组合.工程实例优化结果表明,该种优化分析方法随着优化次数增加,其收敛速度较快,结果稳定,具有很好的可靠性.
Multiple design variables are necessary in asphalt pavement design, and the pavement structure designed must meet the demands of multiple design indexes. In this case, it is difficult for present design software to optimize pavement structure. In this paper, one finite element model is built to get the best pavement structure combination by one optimization toolbox, in which the thicknesses of pavement structure serve as the design variables and the cost of pavement structure serves as the objective function. The method is figured out and illustrated through an engineering example. An engineering example is given to explain the steps of optimization. This method is verified by the firtther correction and checking. The optimization results show that the speed of convergence has become faster as the times of optimization increase, and that the method is not only stable but highly reliable as well.
