摘要
将生物素-亲合素系统引入胶乳凝集试验,用于抗-HBS的检测。用该法与酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)、间接血凝试验(PHA)平行检测80份正常人血清,3法的阳性率分别为30.0％、36.25％和27.5％,其敏感性介于ELISA和PHA之间;该法敏感、特异、简便、快速。
Biotin-Avidin system was used in latex agg- lutination test for antibody against HBsAg. All 80 sera were tested by Avidin-Biotin Latex Agg- lutination(ABLA), FLISA and PHA. The positive rates were 30.0%, 36.25% and 27.5% respecti- vely. The sensitivity of ABLA is between ELISA and PHA. The method is sensitive, specific, si- mple and rapid.
