贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水重金属污染物潜在健康风险评价 被引量:2

The potential health risk assessment on heavy metal pollution in water pipe network peripheral of western suburbs water plant of Guiyang

摘要 目的研究贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水10种重金属含量,并评价其对人体健康产生的潜在风险。方法依据2013年3月的水质检测数据,采用美国环保局(USEPA)推荐的健康风险评价模型,对10种重金属污染物进行健康风险评价。结果贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水中10种重金属的浓度均达到国家饮用水卫生标准,其中铬未检出;经口暴露的致癌风险关系为Cd>As,经皮肤暴露的致癌风险关系为As>Cd,经口暴露的非致癌风险关系为Hg>Se>Pb>Zn>Mn>Ni>Cu,而经皮肤暴露的非致癌风险关系为Hg>Zn>Se>Mn>Cu>Ni>Pb;成年人和儿童2类人群经口暴露途径的健康风险值均大于皮肤暴露,致癌风险均大于非致癌风险,成年人的综合风险大于儿童的,数值分别为1.08×10-5、0.465×10-5。结论贵阳市西郊水厂所供管网末梢水中,10种重金属污染物致癌风险和非致癌风险均未超过最大可接受水平,未对贵阳市居民的健康造成威胁。 Objective To study the content of the 10 kinds of heavy metal elements in water pipe network peripheral of western suburbs water plant of Gniyang and assess the potential risk to human health. Methods The health risk assessment on 10 kinds of heavy metals of water pipe network peripheral was carried out under the modal recommended by the U.S. environmental pro- tection agency (USEPA) according to the water quality monitoring data of 2013. Results The concentration of 10 kinds of heavy metals were all up to the national sanitary standard for drinking water, the carcinogenic risk and the non - carcinogenic risk of 9 kinds of heavy metals were not exceeded to the maximum acceptable levels, except chromium was not detected. The carcinogenic risk relationship via dietary intake exposure path was Cd 〉 As, which was As 〉 Cd via dermal intake exposure path. The non - carcinogenic risk relationship via dietary intake exposure path was Hg 〉 Se 〉 Pb 〉 Zn 〉 Mn 〉 Ni 〉 Cu, which via der- mal intake exposure path was Hg 〉 Zn 〉 Se 〉 Mn 〉 Cu 〉 Ni 〉 Pb. For adults and children, the health risks values via dietary in- take exposure path were all greater than that via dermal intake exposure path; and the carcinogenic risk was greater than the non -carcinogenic risk. The aggregate health risk of adults is greater than that of children, their risk level were 1.08 × 10-5 and 0.465 × 10 -5, respectively. Conclusion The carcinogenic risk and the non - carcinogenic risk of 10 kinds of heavy metals of drinking water, supplied by western suburbs water plant of Guiyang, were lower than the maximum allowance levels, which would not cause health hazard to human beings in Guiyang.
