摘要
藿香正气散出自《太平惠民和剂局方》,在古方今用,异病同治异病同治理论指导下,藿香正气散应用越来越广泛;除辨证施治用于传统的感冒、发热、恶心呕吐、腹胀、泄泻外,在小儿消化不良、荨麻疹、鼻炎等也显示良好疗效;之所以疗效迅速,关键在于芳香辟秽,散寒解表,理气和中,祛暑化湿之功效,从而达到调和表里,止吐止泻之功效;辨证应抓住舌淡苔白腻,脉濡,具有明显季节性及暑湿秽浊,寒湿气滞互阻的病理特点,开拓视野,拓展到更多的疑难病症中去;尤擅应用于夏季人群密集之地,具有保护胃肠,抗菌抗病毒等作用,方便快捷。现代研究可改善胃肠功能,具有抗菌、抗病毒,解痉,镇痛,增强细胞免疫等功效,各种剂型广泛用于治疗胃肠型感冒、急性胃肠炎、酸中毒、病毒性腹泻、头痛、过敏性鼻炎、动力障碍型功能消化不良等疾病,疗效显著,价格便宜。
